Freetime, the outdoor specialist for over 50 years.

Created in 1952 by the Dutch group Borsumeij, Freetime quickly became a leader for walking products "prize" in Germany, Holland and Great Britain.

Following the merger in 1998 of the group with the group Borsumeij Haguemayer, Freetime expansion became rapid with the addition of fishing tackle which he was the world leader.

In 1999 the new president of the group decided to separate Haguemayer activities fishing and hiking, as their special seasonal had a negative influence on the share price of the group.

With over 10 years experience in Lafuma, it concentrated its efforts with the help of his team, the repositioning of the brand and improve its relevance to the European market.

Freetime is now present in over twenty countries and, despite the crisis continues to grow with his philosophy:
